<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on this 4th day of September, , 2007, by and 3;' (J ()

<br />address is PO Box 57312, Lincoln, Nebraska 68505; Richard L. Rice ("Trustee"), whose

<br />SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and

<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (NW % SW %); thence northerly along and upon
