<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on this 4th day of September, , 2007, by and 3;' (J ()

<br />address is PO Box 57312, Lincoln, Nebraska 68505; Richard L. Rice ("Trustee"), whose

<br />68508, and Robert G. Woods, whose address is PO Box 22506, Lincoln, Nebraska

<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, including the indebtedness identified herein
<br />and the trust herein created, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Trustor
<br />irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST WITH POWER OF
<br />SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and
<br />conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property located in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />legally described as follows ("Property"):

<br />A tract of land comprlsmg a part of the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (NW % SW %) of Section Thirty-Five (35),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (NW % SW %); thence northerly along and upon
<br />the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
