<br />200707547 <br /> <br />FORM E-2 <br /> <br />VA MORTGAGE ADDENDUM <br /> <br />The following addenda to the Mortgage shall be incorporated into, and recorded with, the <br />Mortgage. The term "Mortgage" shall be deemed to include "Deed of Trust," if applicable. <br /> <br />THIS TAX-EXEMPT FINANCING RIDER is made the date set forth below and is <br />incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or <br />Security Deed ("Security Instrument") of the same date given by the undersigned ("Borrower") to <br />secure Borrower's Note ("Note") to <br />Five Points Bank <br />("Lender") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and <br />located at the property and address described as follows: <br /> <br />Address: 1007 Sun Valley Dr. Grand Island. NE 68801 <br /> <br />Legal Description: Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2). Pleasant View Seventh Subdivision to the <br />City of Grand Island. Hall County.
