<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by, Mark Dorsey aka Marcus L. Dorsey and Roni Dorsey aka Veronica
<br />L. Dorsey, husband and wife., as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated the 11th day of August, 2006, recorded on the 11th day of August, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No. 200607180 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, TI-IEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defmed in Neb, Rev, Stat Section 76-1001):

<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
