<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 15. 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 15. 1999 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #99-111824
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER
<br />21,2003 AND RECORDED OCTOBER 24,2003 AS DOCUMENT # 0200314092;
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Tmstee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />
<br />LOT THREE (3) AND THE SOUTHERL Y TWO (2) FEET OF LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THREE (3),
<br />IN KAY DEE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
