<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, LESA A. MORROW, a single woman, executed a certain Deed of Trust to
<br />TICOR TITLE INSURANCE CO., Trustee, for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 13, 2006,
<br />and recorded February 14,2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument Number 200601299. The Property subject to the aforesaid Deed of Trust has been
<br />resubdivided to reflect a lot line change and as a result thereof, LESA A. MORROW is no longer
<br />the record titleholder of all of such Property and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Successor Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only
<br />as to such premises:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1) Hagges' Third Subdivision, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
