MORROW, a single woman, executed a certain Deed of Trust to <br />TICOR TITLE INSURANCE CO., Trustee, for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC <br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 13, 2006, <br />and recorded February 14,2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />as Instrument Number 200601299. The Property subject to the aforesaid Deed of Trust has been <br />resubdivided to reflect a lot line change and as a result thereof, LESA A.
