<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by, Oscar D. Erives and Nancy L. Erives, husband and wife., as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 16th day of
<br />February, 2007, recorded on the 16th day of February, 2007, as Instrument No. 200701264 at the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described teal
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), H. Bremers Subdivision, being a re-subdivision of the
<br />West Fifty Five (55) Feet of Lot Three (3) and all of Lots Four (4), Five (5) and
<br />Six (6) and the East Sixteen (16) Feet of Lot Seven (7) and the West Forty Four
<br />(44) Feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and
<br />Twelve (12,) of Block One (1) of First Artistic Homes Addition, Grand Island,
<br />Hall county, Nebraska.
