Johnson, a single man, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 2, 2005 as Instrument No. <br />0200505012, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT 8, BLOCK 128, UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION <br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
