<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Brian L
<br />Schwartz and Teresa Schwartz, husband and wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated October 4, 1999, and recorded October 6, 1999 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in 99 109798, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of suc~, rayment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
