<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />June 20,2006, by KELLEY H. MCPHILLIPS, a single person, Trustor, in favor of TIER ONE
<br />BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as
<br />Trustee, and which was filed for record on June 20,2006, as Instrument No. 2006-05539, of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, TIERONE BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated July 13,
<br />2006, and filed for record on July 20, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006-06445 of the Mortgage Records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee,
<br />replacing U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as
<br />follows:

<br />LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN (15) IN FAIRVIEWPARKADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Said default under the terms ofthe Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute ~ 76~1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in ~ 76-1012.
