MCPHILLIPS, a single person, Trustor, in favor of TIER ONE <br />BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as <br />Trustee, and which was filed for record on June 20,2006, as Instrument No. 2006-05539, of the <br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
