<br />executed by CHAD M. ACKERSON AND ERIN L. ACKERSON. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which

<br />Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank, as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the

<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,

<br />reciting that all sums secured by such TRUST DEED have beenfully paid and that such TRUST DEED and
