<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 11, 2003 executed by Miguel Ortiz and Lilian M Avila,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Document #0200508195, on the 22nd day of August, 2005, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Part of Lot Four (4), Block Seventy-Six (76), Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot
<br />Four (4), in Block Seventy-Six (76), of the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and running Southerly along the Westerly line of said Lot Four (4), Eighty-Two and Sixty-
<br />Seven Hundredths (82.67) Feet, thence at right angles in an Easterly direction 45.32 Feet,
<br />thence at right angles in a Northerly direction 82.7 Feet to the North Line of said Lot Four(4),
<br />thence in a Westerly direction along the Northerly Line of said Lot Four (4) to the place of
<br />beginning.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
