<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, \.2:) "'::,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 18, 2002, and executed by Douglas Fangmeier and ~)
<br />Denise Renee Fangmeier, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on December 20, 2002, as Instrument No.
<br />200214254, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1) of Triple D Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
