<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Tmst executed by Housing
<br />Development Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation" to TierOne Bank, Tmstee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated June 29, 2007 and recorded June 29, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No 0200705527 of the Tmst Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
