<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated from Juels J
<br />Landanger and Janelle R Landanger Trustor(s) for the benefit of TMS Mortgage Inc., dba
<br />The Money Store dated November 12, 1998 and filed November 18, 1998 as Inst. No.
<br />98-111319 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
