<br />WHEREAS, Drew Tobin Beltz, whose address is 2604 Prkview Dr, Grand Island, NE
<br />68801, by a Deed of Trust, dated August, 8, 2005 and recorded September 6, 2005, in the
<br />Recorder's office, in and for the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, in Instrument Number
<br />0200508719, conveyed to the trustee therein named, certain real estate, to secure the payment of
<br />a certain note or notes in said deed described and set forth.
