<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE. OF DEFAULT

<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record June 8, 2007, and recorded
<br />in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200704732. Said
<br />Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Jose O. Abarca, a single person, as Trustor, in
<br />which Argent Mortgage Company, LLC is named as Beneficiary and Ticor Title Insurance Company is
<br />the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record May 10, 2005 and recorded in the records
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02005-04214.

<br />Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in Trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders
<br />Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WCW3. The
<br />Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
