Nickerson, An Unmarried Person, <br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which <br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on August 5, 2002, <br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200208117, and <br /> <br />5. so <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3) in Block Eleven (II), in H.G.
