<br />Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 29,2005, as Amended and Nancy K
<br />Augustine, Trustee of the Amendment and- Restatemx Nancy K Augustine Revocable
<br />Living Trust Agreement dated November 29,2005 ai nded to UNION BANK AND
<br />TRUST COMPANY, trustee and beneficiary for the benefit of UNION BANK AND
<br />TRUST COMPANY, dated 03/19/2007 the Beneficiary named therein, and recorded on
<br />March 19,2007 at the Register of Deeds, Hall County, as Ins #0200702112 has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confinned by its endorsement below:

<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
