<br />conveyed to John M. Cunningham, TRUSTEE, and DONALD D. JAMES and BONNIE

<br />BENEFICIARIES, certain real estate described as follows:

<br />IN TRUST, to secured the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein; and,

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned
<br />to execute the within Deed of Reconveyance.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the request of the legal holder of the
<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee under said Deed
<br />of Trust, hereby remises, releases and quitclaims unto the present owner or owners,
<br />without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to such Trustee under said Deed of
<br />Trust in and to the property described therein.
