<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee under said Deed
<br />of Trust, hereby remises, releases and quitclaims unto the present owner or owners,
<br />without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to such Trustee under said Deed of
<br />Trust in and to the property described therein.
