<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, TREVOR
<br />HOUGHTON, an unmarried person, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five
<br />Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated February 28,2003, and recorded on March 3, 2003, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2003-02468 and
<br />re-recorded March 13,2003 as Instrument Number 2003-02961 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />LOT SIXTEEN (16), CASTLE ESTATES, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 31 ST day of July, 2007,
