<br />BOSSELMAN TANK AND TRAILER, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent

<br />in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility
<br />easement and right-of-way boundary being more particularly described as follows:
