<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />
<br />This instrument, made this 10th day of August, 2007, between Eric H. Lindquist, a member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor", pursuant to
<br />a power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on October 24, 2005 as Instrument
<br />No. 0200510518 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and HSBC Bank
<br />USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust
<br />(FMIT) Series 2006-1, hereinafter called "Grantee."
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on December 28, 2006, Grantor, executed a Notice of Default pursuant to
<br />which notice was given to Michael L. Andrade and Paula M. Andrade, husband and wife, Trustors,
<br />under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on October 24, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200510518 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described
<br />as:
<br />
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK TWENTY (20), IN PALMER'S SUBDIVISION IN
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy
<br />the obligation, Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on January 3, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200700067.
<br />
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 RR.S. Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on June 30, 2007, Grantor caused to be published in The
<br />Grand Is/and Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1 st & Locust Street, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska at 2:00 p.m. on August 9, 2007. Publication of such notice was made
<br />for five consecutive weeks on June 30, 2007, July 7,2007, July 14,2007, July 21, 2007 and July 28,
<br />2007, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the
<br />date of sale.
<br />
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008
<br />RRS. Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, Mark T. Porto, attorney for Grantor, did at the time
<br />and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said property for sale at public auction,
<br />and did sell the same to Grantee for the sum of $1 02,000.00, it being the highest bidder therefor.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $102,000.00 so
<br />bid and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its successors
<br />and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said Michael L. Andrade and
<br />Paula M. Andrade, husband and wife, and their successors in interest, were seized or possessed at
<br />
