<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Arcadio Ca
<br />Chanas and as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated October 1. 2002, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />0200210475 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
<br />Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number _ has been paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
