Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust Dated March 25, 2005 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been <br />recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br /> <br />Instrument number 0200502782 recorded in Hall County Register of Deeds office on March 31, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, State of Nebraska: <br /> <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10) Block Three (3) in Brentwood Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br /> <br />The Real Property or it address is commonly known as 3103 Briarwood Blvd, Grand Island. NE 68801 <br /> <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br /> <br />Maximum Obligation Limit on the above referenced Deed of Trust Is hereby increased from $11,000.00 to now be <br />$15,000.00. <br /> <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect.
