Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Maximum Obligation Limit on the above referenced Deed of Trust Is hereby increased from $11,000.00 to now be $15,000.00. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
