<br />200706781 <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT <br /> <br />HOLIDAY GARDEN TOWNHOUSES I <br />FHA PROJECT NO. 103-35148 <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, REILLY MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., a District of <br />Columbia corporation, whose address is 2010 Corporate Ridge, Suite 1000, McLean, <br />Virginia 22102 ("Assignor"), does hereby sell, assign, transfer, set over, endorse and <br />deliver, without recourse or warranty, unto WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION, a national banking association ("Assignee"), whose address is 420 <br />Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California 94104, all of Assignor's right, title and <br />interest in and to the following documents, all pertaining to FHA Project No. 103- <br />35148 : <br /> <br />1. That certain Mortgage executed by Holiday Garden Townhouses, A Limited <br />Partnership, a Nebraska limited partnership, for the benefit of, or subsequently <br />assigned to, Assignor, dated June 23, 2006 and recorded June 23, 2006, in <br />Instrument No. 200605642 among the Records of Hall County, Nebraksa; <br /> <br />2. Each and every contract or document required by the Federal Housing <br />Administration to which Assignor is a party or has any interest, arising out of <br />or incidental to the FHA insured financing of the referenced FHA Project, <br />including, without limitation and as applicable, escrow agreements, security <br />agreement, building loan agreement, performance and payment bonds, title and <br />other insurance policies; and <br /> <br />3. Any and all assignments, modifications, amendments or supplements to each of <br />the foregoing. <br /> <br />919 <br />
