That certain Mortgage executed by French Village, L.P., a Nebraska limited <br />partnership, for the benefit of, or subsequently assigned to, Assignor, dated April 9, <br />2003 and recorded April 10, 2003, in Instrument # 0200304288 among the <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />2. Each and every contract or document required by the Federal Housing <br />Administration to which Assignor is a party or has any interest, arising out of <br />or incidental to the FHA insured financing of the referenced FHA Project, <br />including, without limitation and as applicable, escrow agreements, security <br />agreement, building loan agreement, performance and payment bonds, title and <br />other insurance policies; and <br /> <br />3. Any and all assignments, modifications, amendments or supplements to each of <br />the foregoing. <br /> <br />662 <br />
