BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That a portion of an existing public utility easement of 3003 Frontage Road in Lot 2 of Commercial Industrial Park Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: I Beginning at a point on the extension of the east line of Lot 1, Commercial Industrial Park Third Subdivision; said point being ninety feet (90') South of the Southeast Comer, Lot 1, Commercial Industrial Park Third Subdivision; thence continuing southerly on said line for a distance of twenty feet (20'); thence westerly on a line perpendicular to said East line for a distance of fifty-two feet (52'); thence northerly on a line parallel with said East line for a distance of twenty feet (20'); thence easterly on a line perpendicular with said East line for a distance of fifty-two feet (52'), to the point of beginning, is hereby vacated. Such public utility easement to be vacated is shown and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto. Approved as to Form I:l August 7, 2007 I:l City Attorney
