Any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and <br /> <br />hereby are, repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of <br /> <br />Deeds ofRall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The validity of any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase <br /> <br />of this ordinance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other section, subsection, <br /> <br />sentence, clause, or phrase thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
