<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, KIRK
<br />WICHMAN AND JEAN M WICHMAN, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan Association FSB as Beneficiary, dated
<br />January 31,2001, and recorded on February 1, 2001, in the office ofthe Register of Deeds in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200100789 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request ofthe Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
