<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Douglas W Maul
<br />Karmin S Maul Husband and Wife, to Centris Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Centris Federal
<br />Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 05/19/2004 and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Document #0200405166, has been paid and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
