Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in this document arc also <br />provided in Section 16. <br />(A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated July 23,2007, together with all Riders to this <br />document. <br />(B) "Borrower" is SCOTT E WEYERS and KELLIE M WEYERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, whose address <br />is 1608 CHESAPEAKE CIR, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 who is/are the trustor(s) under this Security <br />Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is TierOne Bank. Lender is a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of United <br />States of America. Lender's address is 1235 'N' St / PO Box 83009, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 . Lender is the <br />beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is TierOne Bank. <br />(E) "Note" means tbe promissory note signed by Borrower and dated July 23, 2007. The Note states that <br />Borrower owes Lender One Hundred Twelve Thousand Three and 50/100 Dollars (U.S. $112,003.50) <br />plus interest. Borrower has promised to pay this debt in regular Periodic Payments and to pay the debt in full <br />not later than January 19, 2008. <br />(F) "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property. " <br />(G) "Loan" means the debt evidenced by the Note, plus interest, any prepayment charges and late charges due <br />under the Note, and all sums due under this Security Instrument, plus interest. <br />(H) "Riders" means all Riders to this Security Instrument that are executed by the Borrower.
