Parsons, deceased, <br /> <br />does not exceed $25,000. The legal description of the real estate owned by decedent is <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />An undivided one-half interest in Lot Five (5), <br />Block Five (5), in Jenkinson Subdivision, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />2. More than thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent. <br /> <br />Stephen P. Parsons died on May 21,2007 (see attached Death Certificate). <br /> <br />3. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative <br /> <br />is pending. Stephen P. Parsons died intestate. <br /> <br />4. Robin R. Parsons, widow of Stephen P. Parsons, is entitled to the above <br /> <br />described real property by reason of the law of inheritance, which grants the surviving <br /> <br />spouse the first $50,000 in value of an intestate estate. The above described real estate <br /> <br />was the only asset owned by Stephen P. Parsons. <br />
