<br /> WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through SCOTT K. KVOLS, it's authorized officer, as

<br />Trustee under the DEED OF TRUST, dated MARCH 28.2005. and recorded on MARCH 28.2005. IN

<br />-1NS1'4UJMEN-T-.-NUMBER-9200502S45; in the--offiee-of-----the---REGISTER OFDEEDS--QF--HAl-L COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA. and executed by CRAIG M. MCINTYRE AND AMY M. MCINTYRE. HUSBAND AND WIFE, as

<br />trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank, as trustee, has received from
<br />
<br />Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,

<br />reciting that all sums secured by such TRUST DEED have beenfully paid and that such TRUST DEED and

<br />the note secured thereby has been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
