<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by

<br />Monte L. Schoenstein and Maurine S. Schoenstein, husband and wife,

<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated April 7,
<br />2006, and recorded April 20, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200603527, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
