<br />HASSETT, DECEASED pursuant to the authority of 30-2476 (23) of the
<br />Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable consideration received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto MICHAEL EGBERT AND DEETTA EGBERT, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE, GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the
<br />following described real property:

<br />THE WEST SIXTY (60) FEET OF LOTS ONE (1) AND THREE (3), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN
<br />(15), SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the
<br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said
<br />Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.

<br />To have and to hold the above-described real property and all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantor hereby covenants
<br />that the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against The Estate of
<br />Paul D. Hassett, Deceased.
