<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer,
<br />
<br />as trustee under the Trust Deed dated ADril23. 2007, and recorded on ADril24. 2007.
<br />
<br />as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200703316. and filed in ~~e Office of the R,aister of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, STATE
<br />OF NEBRASKA, and executed by CODY J. SIMMONS AND KELLY K. SIMMONS. HUSBAND AND WIFE. as
<br />
<br />trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has received from
<br />
<br />Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />
<br />such trust deeds have been fully paid and that such
<br />
<br />trust deeds and the notes secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned
<br />
<br />as trustee, for cancellation;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust

<br />deeds, the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, with-

<br />out warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: CODY J. SIMMONS AND KELLY K.

<br />SIMMONS. HUSBAND AND WIFE. the partial estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:
