<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, (P' 00
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 30, 2003 executed by Matthew Westfall and Bonnie
<br />Westfall, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200301512, on the 30th day of January 2003,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to recovery the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />ALL OF FRACTIONAL LOT ONE (1), BLOCK SIX (6), WOODBINE ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, AND ITS COMPLEMENT TO-WIT; FRACTIONAL LOT ONE (1),
<br />BLOCK SIXTEEN OF CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION AND WASMER'S ANNEX TO THE
<br />FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of July, 2007.
