Lender is the beneficiary under this Security <br />Instrnment. <br />(D) "Trustee" is STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated 07/17/07 . The <br />Note states that Borrower owes Lender $184632.32 __....~_(U.S. Dollars) plus interest.
