<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />1HAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Brad Shearer and Christina L. Shearer, as Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor(s) to Platte Valley State Bank & Trost Company, Trustee for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 14, 2004
<br />and recorded on J anuaty 3, 2005 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument # 200500043 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned Trustee does hereby grant, remise, release, and reconvey
<br />unto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />Section 76-1001):
