<br />a Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against
<br />Dale A. Hurley and Cheryl L. Hurley, W.A.T.A. Cheryl L.
<br />Schleicher, et aI, Defendants, the object and prayer of which are
<br />to foreclose a certain Mortgage of $79,000.00 on the following
<br />described real estate:

<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />
<br />Said Mortgage was given to Plaintiff's assignor on
<br />February 28, 2004, by Defendants, and said Mortgage was duly filed
<br />for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on March 19, 2004, and recorded in Instrument #200402641
<br />of Mortgages. Plaintiff is the present holder of said Mortgage.
<br />Plaintiff claims there is now due a principal balance
<br />of $77,264.16 on subject Mortgage and the note for which it was
<br />given to secure, together with advancements, expenses and costs,
<br />and Plaintiff prays for the sale of subject real estate to satisfy
<br />the amount found due.
