<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 14, 2002, executed by B C M Inc; a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #200205354 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of May, 2002.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
