Lockhart and Sandii S. Lockhart, as husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, did on or about August 15, 2006, make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Co., <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-described real property: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), in Lake Davis Acres Third Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br /> <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration <br />Systems, Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 21,2006, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02006-07466. <br /> <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. as Trustee under the pooling and Servicing <br />Agreement Series LMT 2006-7. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Camille R.
