<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Arnie C. Martinez, Anderson, Creager & Wittstruck, P.C.. as Trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 8, 2002, executed by Jeffrey J. Reed and Christine J. Reed, husband and wife, in which Jonadyne
<br />A. Carpenter, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 2M( !e0!189 n
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Jonadyne A, Carpenter the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully
<br />paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for
