<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, Trustee, and recorded on SEPTEMBER 13. 2005 , in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200509009 ,has been
<br />paid on JULY 12. 2007.

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable Bank,
<br />formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate
<br />and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described
<br />therein, located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />PARCEL 2: THE SOUTHERLY SEVENTY-FIVE AND SEVEN TENTHS (75.7) FEET OF LOT TEN (10),
<br />IN BLOCK FORTY-EIGHT (48), OF RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the trust
<br />
