<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINOS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JANUARY 24. 200S and recorded JANUARY 31. 2005 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instnunent 200500798 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
