<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Atkins
<br />Meyer Commercial Properties, L.L.C., A Nebraska Partnership, Borrower, to HERITAGE t. OU
<br />BANK, Trustee, for the- benenforHERrrAGEBANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated
<br />October 26, 2004, and recorded November 5, 2004, Instrument Number 0200410790 in the
<br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
