Whitesides, Jr. and Rhonda L. Whitesides, husband and wife, <br />Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />August 31,2004 as Instrument No. 0200408676, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real <br />estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />The Easterly Thirty-six (36) feet of the Westerly Seventy-four and One Fourth (74 1/4) feet <br />of the North One Half(N 1/2) of Lot Nine (9) of the County Subdivision of the South Half of <br />the Southeast Quarter (S1I2 SEI/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (II) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as se~urity and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
