<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Agricultural Deed, of Trust dated January 16,2007, and executed by Starostka Homes Inc., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation and Hastings Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200700451 and Rerecorded as Instrument #0200703041 at the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County dated January 18, 2007 and April 16, 2007, respectively, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Four (4), Woodland Park Fourth Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 18th day of July, 2007.
