<br />and Kassie L Morse. Husband and Wife as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savings Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated March
<br />4. 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page
<br />or Instrument Number 200501861 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
