<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Craig A.

<br />Wetzel and Michael R. Wetzel, Trustors, to Thomas A. Emerton, Attorney at Law, Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 12, 2004, in which Arlene T. Kramer, is the
<br />Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded December 7,2004 as Document No. 0200411760
<br />ofthe Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $70,000.00,
<br />has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (Nl/2NWl/4SW1/4) of Section Thirty Three (33),
<br />in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said
<br />Nl/2NWl/4SWl/4; thence running northerly along the east line of said
<br />Nl/2NWl/4SWl/4 a distance of 197.59 feet; thence running westerly and
<br />parallel to the south line of said Nl/2NWl/4SWl/4 a distance of 1,322.64 feet
<br />to a point on the west line of said Nl/2NW1/48Wl/4; thence running
<br />southerly along the west line of said Nl/2NWl/4SWl/4 a distance of 197.59
<br />feet to the southwest corner of said Nl/2NW1/4SWl/4; thence running
<br />easterly along and upon the south line of said Nl/2NW1/48Wl/4 a distance of
<br />1,322.5 feet to the point of beginning and containing 6.00 acres, more or less,
<br />excepting therefrom a strip of land condemned by the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and recorded in miscellaneous record book "S", at page 166 in the
<br />Register of Deeds office.
